Moonee Valley Racing Club (MVRC), one of Australia's most progressive and innovative Racing Clubs and multi-purpose entertainment venues – home of the prestigious Ladbrokes Cox Plate Carnival – are pleased to announce the appointment of Julian Robertshaw to the role of Culinary Director.
As a key role in our ever-growing hospitality portfolio of the Moonee Valley Racing Club and reporting to the Head of Hospitality, the Culinary Director is responsible for the food and beverage offering of our five key hospitality pillars – Raceday Hospitality, Gaming & Entertainment Venues, Dean & McPherson, Moonee Valley Park, and Valley Events.
Julian Robertshaw has extensive experience in the hospitality industry over 26 years in 5-star hotels, resort operations, award-winning restaurants and most recently at the Melbourne Racing Club where he has maintained current culinary trends and the highest standards to exceed guest and member expectations.
