Dean & McPherson, Moonee Valley Racing Club’s hospitality group, are excited to showcase its cutting-edge hospitality solutions for the historic milestone, with over 400,000 patrons expected to flock to the Melbourne Royal Show, which runs from Thursday 21 September to Sunday 1 October.
With over 130 dedicated staff members operating across a diverse range of outlets, including cafes, bars, a restaurant, and the prestigious Master Chef's event space, Dean & McPherson will provide an unforgettable culinary experience for showgoers.
The Melbourne Royal Show will be foodie heaven, with some of Melbourne hospitality’s most renowned names featured, including Mr Miyagi, Tokyo Lamington, Wonder Pies, Raymond Capaldi Pizza, and Sushi Hub. In total, there will be over 100 food vendors in operation. The commitment to excellence extends to Dean & McPherson’s partners, working with suppliers such as St Remio coffee, Lion Nathan and Coca Cola.
Dean & McPherson are ready to welcome the hundreds of thousands of visitors following a colossal two-week bump-in operation, requiring the meticulous coordination of cranes, trucks, forklifts, and manpower to accomplish the feat.
Moonee Valley Racing Club’s Head Of Hospitality Paul Tyas said it was exciting to partner with Royal Agriculture Society of Victoria to deliver an event on such a large scale.
